Keep Sage as your books. Stop feeding it by hand.
Sage is good at accounting. It isn’t your job-management system, your online catalogue or your field app — so information ends up typed in twice. We build the connection, and where it helps, the application around it.
What we connect to Sage
- Your website or online catalogue. Publish products and prices from your Sage item list, with a review step so nothing reaches the public site until someone approves it.
- Operational systems. Jobs, orders and customers created in the system your team works in, then pushed to Sage Accounting as invoices and contacts through Sage’s own API.
- Spreadsheets and imports. Recurring Excel or CSV files turned into clean, validated Sage transactions.
- Reporting. Dashboards that combine Sage figures with operational data you can’t see inside Sage.
Examples
Aviation maintenance organisation — Sage to website catalogue
Parts and services are maintained in Sage. We import the catalogue from Sage into the company’s website, with a publish gate: new and changed items wait for approval before they go live.
Cleaning & hygiene company — operations hub to Sage Accounting
An operations hub where the team manages clients and work, connected to Sage Accounting so invoices and customers flow across instead of being captured twice. Currently in build.
How we approach it
Sage stays the system of record for your accounting. We add to it; we don’t replace it.
Small first step. We start with the single most painful re-capture, prove it on your own data, and grow from there.
One team. We also run managed IT, so the machines and Microsoft 365 around your integration are supported by the people who built it.
Start with a free process review
45 minutes, on site or on Teams. Show us where data gets captured twice and we’ll tell you honestly whether an integration would pay for itself — and roughly what it would take.
